EØS: Polsk-norsk forskningsprogram 2013-16/EEA: Polish-Norwegian Research Programme 2013-2016

Over 280 millioner norske kroner er tilgjengelig for polsk-norsk forskningssamarbeid på et bredt spekter av områder: Miljø, klimaendringer, helse, samfunnsforskning og forskning på polsk-norske relasjoner, likestilling og arbeidsliv.
EUR 39 million is available to enhance Polish-Norwegian research cooperation and research-based knowledge development in a wide variety of fields. Projects have to be submitted by consortia comprising at least one Polish and one Norwegian research organisation.
Guidelines and important considerations relevant to all types of applications in this call for proposals:
The programme is operated by the National Centre for Research and Development in Warsaw (NCBiR). Applications from Polish-Norwegian consortia for research project (up to 3 years) in the following priority areas will be eligible for funding: • Environment • Climate change including polar research • Health • Social sciences and bilateral relations, including the issues of migration, social cohesion, the role of minorities and the social dimension of sustainable development • Gender equality and work-life balance
Interdisciplinary projects, covering more than one priority area are eligible. Maximum grant amount is EUR 1 000 000 and may cover up to 100% of eligible costs. Up to 40% of the grant amount may be allocated to the Norwegian partner(s).
Rules and procedures for application, evaluation and reporting are simplified and based on EU FP7 practice.
